- You must visit a participating JCPenney store most recently.
- Need to make a qualifying purchase there to receive a valid purchase receipt containing the Access Code inviting you to take the JCPenney Online Survey.
- Must not be a JCPenney Associates or the employees of SMG or anyone involved in the JCPenney Customer Satisfaction Survey program.
- You must complete the survey as soon as possible after receiving the survey invitation as the Survey Access Code is valid for only 7 days.
How To Participate in JCPenney Online Survey?
If you are an eligible customer having all the requisites mentioned above, you can use the steps listed below to take the JCPenney Feedback Survey.
- Visit the Survey Site on your JCPenney receipt or go to www.jcpenney.com/survey
- Enter the 22-digit access code located on the front of your receipt. (Look at the sample receipt image indicating where you need to see the number on your original JCPenney receipt)
- Click the “Start” button to begin the survey.
- Rate your satisfaction level and answer the questions as per your experience with JCPenney.
- Follow the prompts and submit the required details.
When you complete all the processes successfully, a Validation Code will appear on your screen. You must note or write down the code before closing the window as it may not be available later.
JCPenney Listens Survey Rewards
