Rules and Eligibility of Eat’n Park Guest Satisfaction Survey

  • You should be at least 18 years of age while participating in the survey.
  • You should be a legal resident of Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
  • You should make a purchase to become eligible for this survey.
  • The survey will be available in English Language only.
  • Each purchase receipt is valid for 1 guest survey.
  • You must complete the survey within 14 days of the visit.
  • You don’t need to purchase anything to redeem the offer.

How to Take Eat n Park Survey?

  • You have to make a purchase from any of the participating Eat’n Park stores.

  • You have to hold your purchase receipt as the required info for participation will be printed on your receipt.

  • Answer all the survey questions there based on your recent experience with Eat’n Park.

Once you complete the TellEnP Survey you will receive a Validation Code. Please save this Validation Code to redeem the offer.
