- Create your T-Mobile Account Password that must be 8-50 characters long and include at least one letter and one number. Do not use some common patterns or phrases.
- Click the “Sign me up” button.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone number or email address that you give during activation.
- If you are a prepaid customer, you will need to use the account PIN or Passcode that you set in the time of your T-Mobile activation for verification
- Click “Next” and follow the prompts on the screen to complete the registration.
In the verification steps, you have the option to select “Send to different Number”. The feature will let you register the number the code is sent to, not the number with which you started the registration procedure.

- AutoPay is not available for credit check plans
- First time set up has no time limit for payment processing
- Payments are usually drawn 2 to 3 days before the due date
- Unprocessed payments will automatically be reprocessed in 5 banking days
- AutoPayis canceled if you set up a payment arrangement; you can set the auto pay again once the arrangement is fulfilled.
- Canceling your My T-Mobile Account does not automatically cancel the AutoPay; you need to do it separately.
