ShopRite asks its valued customers, who have recently shopped at any of their stores, to share their experience through the ShopRite Customer Experience Survey. And thereby, receive a free entry to the ShopRite Customer Experience Sweepstakes for a chance to one of the two monthly prizes. The survey is organized to know the customers’ thoughts about ShopRite and understand their needs so that the company can fulfill their expectations completely. Hence, be honest as much as you can while answering the survey questions. It will be beneficial for you as well as the company.
ShopRite Customer Experience Survey Sweepstakes Prize:
Two Monthly Prizes, each consisting of a $500 ShopRite Gift Card, are available in each monthly drawing of the ShopRite Customer Experience Sweepstakes.
There will be a total of 12 monthly drawings and the total prize pool of the entire sweepstakes is $12,000.
Terms & Conditions of ShopRite Customer Experience Survey Sweepstakes:
To take part in the ShopRite Customer Experience Survey Sweepstakes, all the entrants must be bound by the official rules of the contest. Here is a brief list of those terms and conditions.
- Be a legal U.S resident of Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania.
- At the time of sweepstakes entry, you must be at least 18 years old or 19 years of age if you are a Delaware resident.
- Visit a ShopRite store in the 6 states in the last few days.
- Receive a survey invitation or a valid purchase receipt during that shopping.
- Complete the ShopRite Customer Experience Survey as soon as possible after receiving the invite to be eligible for the purpose of sweepstakes.
How to Enter ShopRite Customer Experience Survey Sweepstakes Online:
If you have all the aforementioned qualities, you can complete the ShopRite Customer Satisfaction Survey over the internet and enter the drawing as an eligible entrant. To initiate the online survey, keep your ShopRite survey invitation receipt close to you and take the following steps.
- Visit the link printed on your ShopRite receipt or access the survey website at myshopriteexperience.com
- Select the date, and time; enter the 3-digit Store Number, Register Number, and Transaction Number from your receipt in their respective fields. (All the information is depicted in the sample receipt image on the right-hand side of the page).
- Click the “Start” button and answer a few survey questions based on your recent ShopRite experience.
- Complete the online registration form requesting your name, address, and other contact details mandatory for the sweepstakes entry.
ShopRite Customer Experience Survey Sweepstakes Mail-In Entry:
You may also choose the mail-in entry to participate in the ShopRite Customer Experience Monthly Sweepstakes. In this entry, you do not need to have a receipt or answer any survey. You just need to hand-print your name, address, day and night telephone numbers on a 3”×5” card. Then, place the card in a standard business-size #10 envelope and send it to the following mailing address.

Note that, you must postmark your mail-in entry by the last day of the month. And the write-in request must be received by the fourth day of the following month to be eligible for the corresponding draw.

- Employees, officers, representatives of ShopRite, SMG, and any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies cannot join the program. Also, the members of their immediate family or household are ineligible to join the contest.
- Irrespective of the entry method, you are allowed to enter the contest once per month.
- The postmark date of your ShopRite Customer Experience Sweepstakes Mail-In entry will serve as the date of entry.
- Each Monthly Drawing will be conducted on or about the 6th day of the following month. And two potential prize winners will be chosen from among all eligible entries.
- The winners will get the package of prize confirmation by telephone, email, or USPS mail.
