Login Guides ToTranscript On-Demand Online
Transcript on Demand is an American website that offers one of the very relaxing things if you are a student, that is the requesting of the transcript from the online website. You can select your institution, provide the demanded credentials and get the transcript rather than going out to the school and get it.
ACPE members and students can now sign-in to their accounts to review, download, and print their transcript! This transcript, electronically signed by the ACPE registrar, contains a proprietary “ACPE Transcript” watermark and is an official document.
ACPE currently has three sets of records for student units dating back to the 1920s: paper files (yellow cards) for units registered prior to 2000, the original digital database for units registered between 2000 and October 2015, and our current online database for units registered after October 2015 through the present.
Given their multiple sets of records, not everyone will be able to take advantage of the new on-demand service. If you are not able to take advantage of the on-demand option, requesting a transcript only takes minutes with the online request form.
Here, you can check the ordering process of transcripts, check the status, and many more.

Authorization info
In order to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), all transcript orders require authorization. Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College provides the following procedure(s) for authorizing transcript orders:
Your order can be authorized by providing an electronic signature through our Self-ServicePlus order management link that we will provide at the end of this ordering process.
Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College provides an additional way to automatically authorize your order if:
You attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College any time from 1997 to the present
The billing name on the credit card you use to pay for this order matches both the student name on this order and the student name in their records
A specific number of fields in this order such as Student ID, Social Security No., and Date of Birth match the information in their records
Because actually checking the records at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College is a process that occurs after your order has been entered, we cannot tell you definitively at the time of ordering that your order will qualify for Automatic Authorization. If we successfully authorize your order, we will notify you of that fact. If we are unable to automatically authorize your order, we will send you an Authorization Form that you must then sign and return via fax or mail before your order can be completed.
Ordering Overview
Credentials Solutions is pleased to provide you with Transcript Order Processing Services on behalf of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. All of the actual transcript records are maintained by the institution and in most circumstances, the institution itself produces your transcript and delivers it per the instructions you provide us in the ordering process.
TranscriptsPlus can accept an order for up to 5 transcripts going to up to 5 different recipients. If you need to send more than 5 transcripts or have more than 5 recipients, you will need to enter multiple orders. At the completion of each order, you will have the option to return to the beginning of the process and enter another order. In most cases, you will only have to enter the information that is different than in the previous order.
The various ordering options and the information you are required to enter on the following screens are based on the specific services that Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College has chosen to provide and the specific information they have instructed us to collect. If you attended more than one of the institutions that we represent and order your transcript from more than one of them, you may notice differences in the available options and the required information on the order forms. One may offer Federal Express and another one may not, one may offer electronic delivery features and others may only offer printed paper transcripts, one may provide electronic authorization of your order and another one may require a signed authorization form, etc.
If you have questions about the process or encounter difficulty in entering your order, we have Customer Service representatives available from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday-Friday (CST/CDT). Our Customer Service number is 847-716-3005.

More information on Transcript on demand
You must already have an account with a username and password to sign-in to the website to access your transcript. If you do not already have a username and password, please complete the online request form. Do not create a new account as this will only make things more complicated.
Units completed between 1920 and 2000 were submitted to the Transcript on demand office on “yellow cards.” These files are still stored in paper form and not currently available on-demand. For a transcript containing units before 2000, please complete the online request form.
Units completed between 2000 and 2015 were migrated from the original digital database to Transcript on demand current database. Over 100,000 records were migrated. In the process of migrating a tremendous amount of data, many student records were split into multiple accounts that are not linked to each other. ACPE staff can easily remedy the situation by merging the student accounts. Do not add old units to your current account, as you will be creating duplicate records.
Sign-in to review, download, and print your transcript. If your transcript is missing units, please complete the online request form.
If you completed your units beginning in October 2015 or later, you should already have a username and password to access the website. If you used the same username and password to enroll in all your units, you should be able to access a complete transcript.
Transcripts may be obtained by visiting the Registrar’s Office and filling out a transcript request form, by filling out and mailing the online transcript request
Unfortunately, Dominican University cannot honor verbal requests for transcripts as the student’s signature is required before records can be released.
The cost for transcripts is $5 per copy for persons not currently attending classes at Dominican University. Current students are not charged a fee.
Due to the number of students that require such verifications, we need to be notified each semester or as the insurance company requires. For information on how to get an enrollment verification,
Grades can be accessed by logging on to myDU with your username and password. Once logged in, go to the Students tab and then click on the My Grades link on the left-hand side of the screen. Here you may view an unofficial transcript or a grade report.
When you have successfully entered your order, you will see a screen with the title of “Order Accepted for Processing”. This screen will state that your transcript order has been accepted and will provide you with a 9-character order number that you should retain in case you need to contact us about your order. If you do not see the “Order Accepted for Processing” screen, it is most likely because you have entered some incorrect information or your payment did not process successfully.
If the social security number is optional, leave the field blank. Otherwise, enter 111223333 in the social security number field.
You may use another person’s credit card provided you have permission from that person to do so. You should also make sure that the other person (your parent, friend, etc.) is fully aware that your order charge will appear on their credit card billing statement. If the charge is disputed because the charge is not recognized by the cardholder, YOU will be responsible for the charge itself plus a handling fee for dealing with this incorrectly disputed charge. You should also be aware that in most cases the use of a credit card in someone else’s name will prohibit us from offering the Automatic Authorization feature on your order.
You must supply a valid email address in order to use this service. If problems arise in processing your order, we must be able to communicate with you. If you enter a phony or invalid email address simply to get us to accept your order and a problem arises in processing your order, we will never be able to tell you about the problem and will automatically cancel your order after 30 days.
The state code should be left blank and the country code should be PR, VI or VG.
First Class Mail is the term used by the USPS to denote regular service; i.e. putting a stamp on the parcel and putting it in a mailbox. This is the default method of delivery used by most schools. It does not speed up delivery.
The delivery method you choose for your order (First Class Mail, FedEx, UPS, etc.) only applies once your order has been completely processed and printed. The time it takes to process and print your order is dependent on each school’s offerings.
While Electronic Delivery is certainly the fastest way to get your transcript sent to a recipient and provides the highest degree of confidence that your order has been received, it is also a complicated process that requires that both the sender and receiver have special programs in place to deal with transcripts in electronic format. Schools that have the ability to accept and automatically process electronic transcripts in EDI or XML (i.e. data file) format, often do not want to accept PDF transcripts because PDFs in most cases require manual processing. For this reason, you will see different delivery options on your order based solely on which receiving institution you have chosen. Furthermore, at this time, EDI and XML delivery is only available to accredit post-secondary institutions and not to businesses or other non-academic recipients. Depending on your school, PDFs may or may not be available to 3rd parties such as individuals and businesses.
Space parameters are determined by the individual school and their Student Information Systems. If your address is longer than allowed, you can either abbreviate the address to fit or check with the receiving party to see what they might suggest.
If your order requires a signed authorization form and it is not received within 30 days, your order will be automatically canceled. NOTE: They have a small number of schools that charge your credit card at the time your order is placed who will automatically refund the charges if your order is canceled.
If your hold is not cleared within 30 days of placing an order, your order will be automatically canceled and you will be notified via email.
The transactions you are seeing on your credit card are for pending charges only. The most likely cause is that we rejected your credit card one or more times because we could not verify your card billing address or card security value. Many issuing banks will reserve the charge on your card even though the card authorization attempt is rejected. These pending charges normally expire within 7 to 30 days.
