You just need to visit their official survey website and share an opinion about your recent visit. - You have to make a purchase from any of the participating store.
- Invitation for the online survey will be printed on your receipt.

- You have to answer all the survey questions based on your recent experience.
- After giving proper feedback of all the survey questions you have to fill an entry form with the following info:-

- When you complete the online survey and entry form, you get 1 entry to the sweepstakes.
- Each receipt is valid for one online survey.
- Please remember that you need to complete the online survey within 3 days of the receipt date.
- There is no limit on entries per person in a month.
Main Entry:
- You don’t need to make a purchase in this survey procedure.
- You will hand write the following info on a paper:-

- Mechanically produced entries will not be accepted for the survey.

About the Sweepstakes Period and Entry Periods –
The sweepstakes period for TellOutback begins on 1st January of each calendar year and ends on 31st March of that year. There are 3 separate entry periods during the entire sweepstakes period. Duration of each entry period is 1calender month approx and there will be a separate random draw for each entry period. Non-winning entries are not rolled over to the next entry period. The lucky draw will be held around the 10th day of each calendar month.
Prizes to be Won:
1 Grand Prize winner and 80 First Prize winner will be selected from each entry period. Each grand prize winner will receive $1,000 and each first prize winner will receive $50 in cash. The prize will be given in the form of a check.

Prize Rules of TellOutback –

How the Winners will be Notified –
- Winners of Tell Outback Guest Satisfaction Survey will be notified via:-
- Phone
- Potential Grand Prize winners have to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release within the time allotted in initial notification.
- If a winner failed to respond to the initial notification or did not submit the affidavit in time, the prize will be forfeit.
- From the remaining eligible entries, an alternate winner will be selected.
