P F. Chang is an Asian-themedUS casual dining restaurant chain founded in 1993 by Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang. The company specializes in Chinese and other Asian dishes. P.F Chang’s takes pride in preparing every meal from scratch, as and when it is ordered. Most dishes are prepared on “wok” which is the decades-old traditional way of cooking in the Chinese culture. Most Asian dishes are quite rich in color due to the liberal use of vegetables.
To better understand customer needs, P.F Chang’s a Guest Experience Survey called PF Changs Feedback. You have to visit the official survey website to give feedback about your recent visit experience. You can also win a $100 P.F Chang’s Gift Card weekly and 1 of 4 Cash Prizes of $500 monthly.
Who Are Eligible for PF Changs Feedback:
- You must be a legal resident of the following areas –
- 50 United States
- Washington DC
- Employees of F Chang’s and affiliates can not participate in this survey.
- You should be at least 18 years of age while participating in the survey.
Important Rules of PF Changs Feedback:
- You do not need to make a purchase to be eligible for the survey also purchase will not increase your odds of winning.
- You have to complete the online survey within 3days of your visit.
- There is no entry limit per person each month.
- The survey will be conducted in Englishlanguage only.
- Employees of Outback Steakhouse and affiliates cannot participate.
How to Take the PF Changs Feedback Survey:
There are two procedures to enter into TellOutback Sweepstakes –
- Online Survey (Purchase Required)
- You have to make a purchase from any of the participating store.
- Invitation to the online survey will be printed on your receipt.
- You have to visit the official website www.pfchangsfeedback.com.
- You have to enter the 15 digit survey code printed on your receipt.
- You need to complete the online survey within 3 days of the receipt date.
- You must answer all the survey questions based on your recent experience.
- You have to also fill an entry form with the following info:-
- Full name
- Complete address
- E-mail address
- When you complete the online survey and entry form, you will be eligible for 1 entry to the survey sweepstakes.
- Each receipt is valid for a single online survey.
- No entry limit per headcount will be there in a month.
- Mail (Without Purchase)
- You don’t need to make a purchase in this survey procedure.
- You need to hand write the following info on a paper:-
- Full name
- Date of Birth
- Complete address
- Mechanically produced entries will not be accepted for the survey.
- You have to send each mail entry separately.
- There is no limit on the number of mail entries per entry method.

About the PF Changs Sweepstakes period and entry periods –
The promotion period for PF Changs Survey started on 1st January of each calendar year and ends on 30th June of that year. There is no limit on the number of entries per person in a week or month regardless of entry method.
Weekly Entry Periods –
There are 26 separate entry periods during the entire sweepstakes period each having a duration of 1 week. Each entry period begins on the Monday of every week and will close on the upcoming Sunday of the week. There will be a separate random draw for each entry period. Non-winning entries will not be counted over to the next weekly entry period.
Monthly Entry Periods
There will be 6 separate entry periods during the entire promotion period each having an entry period of 1 month. Eligible non-winning entries of the previous 4 weeks are consolidated for this draw. There will be a separate random draw for each entry period. Non-winning entries will not be counted over to the next weekly entry period.
Prizes to be Won:
1 Weekly Prize winner& 4 monthly winners will be selected from each entry period. Each weekly prize winner will receive $100 and each monthly prize winner will receive $500 in cash. The prize will be given in the form of a check.
There is a limit of 1 prize per household for the weekly and monthly drawing periods.

Survey Prize Rules
- You can use the gift card at any participating P.F Chang’s restaurant.
- This gift card is not transferable or exchangeable.
- Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
About the Winner selection:
There will be 2 types of winners from each draw:-
- Weekly Prize Winners
- There will be a separate draw for each of the 26 weekly entry periods.
- 1 prize winner will be selected randomly from each survey period.
- Total of 26 weekly prize winners is selected over the entire promotion period.
- Monthly Prize Winners
- There will be a separate draw for each of the 6 monthly entry periods.
- Four (4) prize winners will be selected randomly from each entry period.
- Overall twenty-four (24) monthly prize winners are selected over the entire sweepstakes period.
How the Winners will be Notified –
Weekly Prize Winners
- Each winner of the weekly drawing prize will be notified via phone.
- The prize winner will confirm the mailing address.
- P.F Chang’s Gift Card will be mailed at the address of the winner.
Monthly Prize Winners
- Winners of PF Changs Survey monthly draw will be notified within 10 days of the draw via:-

- The potential prize winner will complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release within the time allotted in the prize notification.
- If a winner failed to respond to the prize notification within 3 days or fails to submit the affidavit in time, the prize will be forfeit.
Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded to alternate winners.
